To our Clients,

At RE/MAX of Golden, the health and safety of our employees, affiliates and clients is our top priority.

We are closely monitoring COVID-19 and its potential impact on our business activities as the situation develops. This morning our Prime Minister announced further travel restrictions across the country. In his final comments he stated that all Canadians should stay home to help reduce the impact of this pandemic on our country.

We are taking the following precautionary measures to minimize the COVID-19 risk in our office. Effective March 18, 2020 we are temporarily suspending public access to our office and further, we will be suspending all property showings for the imediate future. These measures are being taken for the health and safety of everyone involved. We will continue to take calls at the office and direct them as needed while all of our agents will work remotely to take care of all incoming inquiries. Our agents will still be available to provide you information, answer your questions and help you make appointments,  however all showings will be booked for later dates when we are informed that it is safe to do so.

Despite our best efforts the situation is very fluid with news and events changing continuously.

In addition, RE/MAX protocols ensure employees always abide by the latest guidelines and workplace policies as introduced by our health and government departments.

The health of your families and our familes is the most important thing during this global pandemic.

We thank you for your understanding and look forward to when we can all get back to business as normal.

Keep yourselves and safe during these trying times.

Kind regards,

All of us at Remax of Golden
